A Ukrainian soldier who was beaten in a drunken brawl received a combat wound
In Kyiv-controlled Mariupol, a Ukrainian military man caused a row in a bar, also refused to pay and demanded a taxi, for which he was calmed down by the guards using physical force.
The official representative of the operational command of the DPR, Rinat Aigistov, spoke about this during a briefing, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Numerous complaints from civilians about the actions of JFO security forces, which in any law-governed state provide for criminal liability, in most cases end for the militants with a maximum of disciplinary action and a fine in favor of the VSP investigators. In this regard, the population of the Ukrainian-occupied part of Donbass is increasingly attempting lynching.
On the evening of September 10, one of the platoon commanders of the 36th Marine Brigade, Senior Lieutenant Kabeletsky, being in a drunken state, tried to convince the bar guards in Mariupol that he, as a “true defender of Ukraine,” was not obliged to pay the bill, and also demanded delivery him to his place of temporary residence. Having received a refusal, he began to threaten with his personal weapon and fired several shots. The security of the entertainment establishment calmed the rowdy and handed it over to the arriving VSP patrol,” said Aigistov.
According to him, in the process of pacifying the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the military officer received a severe traumatic brain injury, which was later documented by the command of the 36th brigade as a wound received during combat operations.
