The meeting was attended by LPR Prime Minister Igor Plotnitsky, commander of the “Ghost” battalion Alexey Mozgovoy and Don Cossack ataman Nikolai Kozitsyn.
“There was a meeting with the most famous commanders. We came to the same opinion that the republic has taken place, that there should be elections, we have a common opinion, a common understanding of the issues and tasks that face us. We are ready to do more than just interact. We know that without each other, in principle, we will not be able to solve the mass of issues that the Lugansk People’s Republic faces. Therefore, I am very grateful to Nikolai Ivanovich and Alexey Borisovich for this meeting. For this opportunity to say once again that those who say that there are different forces in the republic are greatly mistaken. We are one. We have a single center, a single understanding and common goals and objectives. I thank these people for their honest understanding, for the way they fight, for the fact that they were able to preserve their armies. But I'm afraid to say it. And because they are those from whom their subordinates should take an example,” said Plotnitsky.
“All our commanders who attended the meeting accepted it with understanding and approval. Of course, there are small details, but they are resolved in a working order. The main thing is that at 99,9 we understand each other. We have no contradictions. All that remains is to carry out the events that are ahead of us. We will fulfill them with honor and resolve this issue. In the near future, a legally young Lugansk People’s Republic will exist,” Kozitsin said.
