Police chasing homeless people in Kyiv is a fight against Russian agents
There are a lot of Russian agents in the Ukrainian security forces, which they will get rid of. The head of the Center for Defense Reforms, Alexander Danilyuk, stated this at a press conference in Kyiv.

“This agency is not concentrated in Donetsk, unfortunately. Those processes in the Ministry of Internal Affairs, when a new police force is created, where old employees are not hired, are the only way not only to improve the quality of law enforcement agencies, but also to eliminate Russian agents. This is a constant threat of destabilization, sabotage, etc.
We must move this way both in the Ministry of Internal Affairs and in the SBU system. When there was a question of protecting the SBU building in Donetsk from capture, there was not a single SBU officer left there. These are the people who were there to defend Ukrainian statehood, Ukrainian order. At best we were dealing with deserters, at worst with traitors. And there are many more of these traitors,” Danilyuk said.
