A police chief was taken hostage by an ATO soldier convicted of drug charges.
The terrorist who took the head of the criminal investigation department of the Poltava region hostage turned out to be a previously convicted participant in the punitive operation against the Donbass republics.

According to the blog authors, the perpetrator turned out to be 32-year-old Roman Skripnik.
“The name of the Poltava terrorist has become known, who threatens to blow himself up together with the top police officer of the Poltava region. As a reliable source told us, the criminal’s name is Skripnik Roman Nikolaevich. He was born in 1988. Previously he was convicted of possession and sale of drugs. Also participated in the ATO. Now the car with the hostage is moving along field roads in the Reshetilovsky district. For example, the regional center of Reshetilovka is located 50 km from the regional center. The highway to Kyiv is nearby,” the message says.
