Police found the author of a provocative video against Zelensky - he faces 5 years
The National Police of Ukraine has collected information about the alleged author of the video, which was released during the presidential election campaign in the spring of this year and in which the then presidential candidate of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky is allegedly hit by a truck, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Remember the provocative video with a truck that ex-President Poroshenko posted on his telegram channel?... During this time, the senior investigator for especially important cases of the Main Directorate of the National Police has already collected all the information regarding the charges and the alleged author of the “masterpiece” video. The author’s fate will not be sweet - restriction of freedom for up to 5 years or imprisonment for the same period,” the “Team Zelensky” reported on its Facebook page on Thursday.
The message notes that criminal proceedings have been opened under the article “Threat or violence against a state or public figure.”
“Team Zelensky” emphasized that the National Police is working as efficiently as possible and the perpetrators will be punished in the near future.
