“A drunken candidate for mayor of Kharkov was detained by Kyiv police. He tried to bribe them $100. In a video that appeared online, patrol officers are trying to find out the identity of the driver of an expensive car parked in a prohibited place. The man refused to show his documents, but immediately introduced himself. He said that he is one of the candidates for the post of mayor of Kharkov, Yuri Krol,” the message says.
