The police in the Kherson region, liberated from the Ukrainian Nazis, was headed by the former head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Cherkassy region, Vladimir Lipandin.
Former Verkhovna Rada deputy Oleg Tsarev reported this on his Telegram channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
He noted that he announced this appointment only after it was written about in the Ukrainian media, because he did not want to endanger those who have friends and family in Ukraine.
“I know Volodya as a strong, effective and tough leader. I am sure that he will restore order in the Kherson region. In Ukraine, until 2014, Vladimir headed the Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Cherkasy region,” Tsarev wrote.
He added that Lipandin dispersed the Maidan in Cherkassy in a way “that was not dispersed in the eastern regions of Ukraine.”
“He personally led his fighters in an attack on the Maidan. If the leadership of Ukraine were even ten percent like Vladimir, then the Maidan would have been strangled in the bud. Vladimir Lipandin is wanted in Ukraine. I am now calm for Kherson,” added the ex-deputy.
Advisor to the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, who oversees the scandalous website “Peacemaker,” Anton Gerashchenko did not hide his fury regarding this appointment.

According to operational information, 18.05.2022/XNUMX/XNUMX Lipandin V.V. gathered people being considered for filling management positions in the Kherson police department and territorial divisions of the Kherson region to discuss working issues, namely staffing, and explained to them that each of them must undergo a Polygraph test before being appointed to a position.
