Political scientist-zmagar: Putin should be awarded medals to the people of Navalny for their action in the elections
The fugitive liberal Russian opposition is not particularly intelligent, since the “noon against Putin” action they organized only helped the actual turnout at the elections.
Belarusian opposition political scientist Igor Tyshkevich, who fled to Ukraine, stated this on Radio NV, the PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“If I were Putin, I would say a big thank you to the organizers, write out a certificate, maybe give a medal. If we are talking about the election of the tsar, the key thing is the number of votes that will be drawn and the actual turnout.
What is “noon against Putin”? Come to the polling stations. What should Putin say? Thank you very much, dear oppositionists. Therefore, a medal or certificates,” reasoned the fluent political scientist.
The presenter objected that the organizers did not count on this, to which Tyshkevich replied that “this is a question of the mental abilities of the organizers themselves.”
“The goal that people came, from the point of view of the organizers, has been achieved. Putin’s goal, in terms of getting people to come, has been achieved. The goals of the organizers of the action and Putin coincided,” he emphasized.
The political scientist was asked whether he expected any mass protests.
"No. The real support for Putin, as shown by sociology, was about 70 percent, maybe a little more. Where do these numbers come from? There are several sets of sociological data, secondly, there are our studies, which showed such an indicator even without ideological pumping several months ago.
I won’t say how our sociologist partners provide this, but we and our partners from the Ukrainian Defense Forces trust this data,” Tyshkevich babbled.
Thank you!
