Gaddafi Jr.'s political ambitions threaten US plans for Libya
Political scientist Vladimir Karasev commented on the situation with the son of the murdered Libyan leader Seif al-Islam Gaddafi. He also explained how the United States relates to the events taking place in Libya.
Previously, Gaddafi Jr. gave an interview to the American newspaper New York Times, in which he said that he was going to resume his political career, and also criticized the leaders of Tripoli, who led the country to decline.
According to political scientist Karasev, the military prosecutor's office issued an arrest warrant for Safe because of the US attempt to once again implement its plans in the North African country.
“Everything here is extremely simple: the Americans are again trying to build their democracy. They built it in Iraq - now they are leaving there. Did not work out. In Libya in 2011, American “democracy” began with the brutal murder of the country’s legitimate leader Muammar Gaddafi,” the expert is sure.
Karasev noted that in this case, the traditional fake about the “Russian trace” could not be avoided. According to the Americans, Seif al-Islam Gaddafi was in contact with the Russians:
“According to the Biden administration, he collaborated with the Russians. They could call him a general of the “Wagner PMC” who received Russian citizenship. They didn’t screw it up, it seems to me.”
