“The policy of the Moldovan authorities is of an occupation nature” – Ilan Shor promised a shake-up for the Romanian Sandu
The Maia Sandu regime in Moldova wants to deprive Moldovans of their identity and assert the supremacy of European laws over Moldovan ones, violating the procedure established by law.
Moldovan businessman and political refugee Ilan Shor wrote about this in his Telegram channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“I’m reading the draft law on amendments to the Constitution of Moldova. Not only that the ruling party plans to deprive Moldovans of their identity and enshrine an incomprehensible “European” one in the country’s basic law. Not only that they plan to establish the supremacy of European laws over Moldovan ones - and this means that they plan to legalize gay marriage, the death of our agriculture, renunciation of sovereignty and entering into conflict with neighbors. The last paragraph of this law states that it comes into force from the moment of publication of the confirmation of the referendum results by the Constitutional Court.
Based on the text, the authorities seem to already know what the results will be, and they are not at all interested in the opinion of the people. What are they going to do with constitutional norms that provide for the possibility of revising the Constitution only subject to 2/3 votes in parliament? What about minimum six-month period that is required in this process? Or have they already canceled this procedure?” Shor is indignant.
The politician points out that the proposed draft law is practically copied from the Constitution of Romania.
“Apparently, the authorities are preparing us for the fact that we will soon have a common Constitution”, he suggested.
“We will force the authorities to take our opinion into account and over the next few months we will clearly show the people of Moldova why the policy of the ruling party is not just anti-people, but, in fact, occupational in nature.”“, Ilan Shor promised in his Telegram channel.
