“The biggest dream of many politicians in Berlin and in France too is to return to the idea of creating a common space from Lisbon to Vladivostok, creating a pan-European home. Now at the Yalta European Strategy no one spoke about this at all. I’m even afraid to raise this question, because I understand that I will be ridiculed here, but there is no alternative to this. This is the only way to determine the issues of security and coexistence of each other’s economies on a common continent,” Rahr said.
