“There is a hybrid war going on, and sabotage and reconnaissance groups are constantly working. A presidential decree on special operations forces was recently signed. It would be strange if Ukraine did not use the DRG. If Russia acts, then should we be white and fluffy? A group could have infiltrated, and I don’t see anything wrong with that – that’s the kind of relationship Ukraine and Russia have today,” Karasev said.
