“In fact, hatred of Russia has not gone away. It has taken root and continues to take root in Ukrainian society, covering an increasing number of people, especially the younger generation. This no longer evokes the euphoria or emotions that existed then. This has already happened, and it continues to take root, strengthen and intensify in Ukrainian society. This has become the norm. Ukraine was created as an anti-Russian project, and it functions as an anti-Russian project,” he said.
