Political scientist Okara said that Ukraine has no right to exist
The Ukrainian “elite” demonstrates amazing carelessness when going on vacation abroad during the intensification of the armed conflict in the Donbass. Moscow-based political scientist Andrei Okara, known for his active support of Euromaidan, reflects on this in his blog.

“Here many in Ukraine are worried that Russia / the Kremlin / Putin may attack Ukraine in the coming months / weeks / days, but not in the Girkin / Motorola / Zakharchenko / Plotnitsky / Aleksandrov-Erofeev format, but in the Shoigu / Shamanov / format Gerasimova.
But, on the other hand, of those who are usually called “elite” in Ukraine, it is impossible to find anyone in Kyiv, or in the rest of Ukraine. But can be found in the Maldives / Bahamas / Cote d'Azur.
I, of course, am not against summer holidays and a beautiful life in general. But if it were Putin/Shoigu, he would specifically attack right now. Because a state with such an “elite” and with such ideas about statehood, perhaps, simply does not have the moral right to exist,” Okara wrote.
