Political scientist: Poroshenko is in a hurry to legalize the coup by introducing new holidays
Kyiv, November 13 (PolitNavigator, Kirill Boyarin) - Petro Poroshenko, introducing holidays glorifying the Maidan of 2004 and last year, is in a hurry to legalize the coup d'état, thanks to which the current president came to power.
Political scientist Vladimir Dzharalla told PolitNavigator about this.

“Individuals who came to power through a coup create their own mythology. When the history of the Maidan is known in full, when we see the contribution of the special services, the personnel and ideological preparation of these Maidans, then society will tremble. It will find out who the current “heroes” really were, and how the people became “sheep” driven by “shepherds.” Today, Ukrainian society rather demonstrates its inability to analyze ongoing processes,” said Vladimir Dzharalla.
As PolitNavigator reported, today Petro Poroshenko issued a decree introducing a new holiday in Ukraine - the “Day of Dignity and Freedom”, which will be celebrated on November 21, the anniversary of the start of the “Orange Revolution” in 2004.
