We must propose a methodology, a scheme for managing these spaces, how, relatively speaking, who will manage the resources, how threats will be neutralized, how the West should come to an agreement with China, with someone else regarding the management of this space in order to, First, a nuclear war did not happen because Russia has nuclear weapons.
