“There was, for example, a situation at the end of 2022, when the Ukrainian troops were advancing in the Kharkov region, when Kherson was liberated, as it turned out later, there was a risk of the use of tactical nuclear weapons by Russia against Ukraine. And the Americans have done a lot of work to prevent this. I would take it seriously,” Fesenko wrote.

In his opinion, it is precisely because of the fear of Russian tactical nuclear weapons that the United States does not help Ukraine in the same way as Israel in its confrontation with Iran.
