About this Berezovets wrote on his Twitter.

“Russia itself is destroying the Russian world: against the backdrop of blocking Russian Wikipedia, the share of readers of Ukrainian Wikipedia will increase significantly,” says a political strategist serving President Poroshenko.

Let us remind you that articles in the Ukrainian Wikipedia are published in Ukrainian.

As is known, Russian Internet providers received instructions from Roskomnadzor to block the Wikipedia page about the drug charas, which was previously banned by the court. Since Wikipedia operates using the secure https protocol, providers cannot block just one page and block access to Wikipedia entirely.
