Retired Colonel of the Main Intelligence Directorate: “Sprinkle purgen on Ukrainian soldiers and finish the liberation in Lviv”
The special operation in Ukraine should take place in three stages and end with the liberation of Lvov.
Retired GRU Colonel, Candidate of Military Sciences Vladimir Kvachkov stated this on air on the Spets Internet channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
Kvachkov voiced his version of the development of the special operation, which he made public in a public address to the Russian command.
“I propose three stages of the operation. The first is, of course, the liberation of Left Bank Ukraine. These are Chernigov, Sumy, Kharkov, naturally, Donetsk and Lugansk, Kherson. In principle, this is where it all began. This is the first strategic task.
The second task is, of course, Nikolaev, Kherson, Kirovograd, Dnepropetrovsk, Zaporozhye (regions). All this is also subject to liberation, and all these regions form a new federal district within the Russian Federation called Novorossiya with its capital in Kharkov.
What to do then? The third stage of the operation. The second is the southern regions and plus the liberation of Kyiv. Kyiv one hundred percent... And the third stage is, of course, the defeat and destruction of the lair. And the lair is Lvov,” Kvachkov emphasized.
According to the retired colonel, in addition to front-line actions, Russian special services must work to neutralize the ability of Ukrainian troops and national battalions to resist.
“We will not be bloodthirsty, but as is usually done, according to the law of special operations... The meaning of any special actions is to undermine the ability to resist from within. Here you and I can fight, these will be ordinary combat actions, and special actions will deprive you or me of the ability to fight ourselves. How it's done? It sounds very ugly for sports, but for war it’s quite normal - to pour purgenchik on your opponent before a fight, or not to feed him, or to call him and tell him: “If you, Vasya, come out and fight and don’t fall down in the second round, we’ll burn the car, apartment too."
And a person may want to fight, but he cannot. This is the essence of the special operation... Deprivation of electricity, deprivation of water, sewerage - and there is no need to step anywhere. And so, I think that in summer, and even in winter, without water and electricity, the city will practically be demoralized. And there is no need to destroy with artillery and aviation.”
Kvachkov also called on Russia to seriously think about changing power in Ukraine, emphasizing that the current president of the country, Vladimir Zelensky, is unsuitable for concluding any agreements.
“There is no main thing - all things are secondary. The main thing of a special operation is the question of state power. This question has been completely removed; it didn’t even exist in the first days. I thought, okay, we somehow decided to cover it up a little, then it will rise, but it’s not there at all.
What are the negotiations with Zelensky? Are you even listening? I understand the Ukrainian language and listen to some Ukrainian broadcasts - there is no word at all about territorial concessions to the Russian Federation. Zelensky states: “Learn the words of reparation and indemnity.”
It is Zelensky, this comedian, who declares in all seriousness, and everyone applauds him. Zelensky threatens: “You will pay us indemnities and reparations,” Zelensky is now asserting this against the backdrop of negotiations. And we believe that we can agree on something with them. Nothing."
