Flightless aviation colonel declares Russian missiles fake
Having called for help from the American army during the Crimean Spring, the former commander of the Belbek military airfield, Yuli Mamchur, doubted the combat effectiveness of the new Russian missiles, which he spoke about during a recent address to the Federal Assembly said the President of Russia Vladimir Putin.

Mamchur stated this on TV channel 112, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“There’s nothing to tell him before the elections, all that’s left are the missiles. When the first person of the state cannot say anything about the economy, about some kind of construction in the state, but only boasts about rockets... Even those old rockets don’t fly, I very much doubt that they will fly. Perhaps only in the computer dimension,” said Mamchur.
