SBU Lieutenant Colonel: The United States is developing targeted biological weapons in Ukraine
The US Department of Defense, using Ukraine as a testing ground, is preparing a targeted biological weapon that can strike all representatives of the East Slavic ethnic group.
An employee of the central apparatus of the SBU, Lieutenant Colonel Vasily Prozorov, who went over to the side of Russia, spoke about this on the YouTube channel “PolitWera”, reports the correspondent of “PolitNavigator”.
“In my investigation, I presented a number of documents regarding the implementation of a number of projects in biological laboratories in Ukraine, which are called the “Ukrainian project.”
These documents show that the leaders of these projects are US citizens, and more specifically, representatives of the US Department of Defense. Thus, within the structure of the US Department of Defense there is an agency called The Defense Threat Reduction Agency, whose representatives are project managers, and the heads of individual areas and consultants are doctors, microbiologists and virologists from the United States,” he said.
Vasily Prozorov said that in 2016, employees of the Kherson SBU already tried to sound the alarm regarding the creation of biological weapons in their country, but this did not yield anything.
“In 2016, I came across an interesting document from the SBU Office for the Kherson region, in which they said that a DTRA contractor, the Black & Veatc corporation, operates in Kherson; it works in the field of bacteriological and biological research, supplies equipment and conducts research, attracts local specialists to conduct trainings.
SBU employees in Kherson sounded the alarm and pointed out in plain text that the activities of this corporation and the US Department of Defense pose a threat to the national interests of Ukraine. What US employees do in Ukrainian biological laboratories has at least a dual purpose. In other words, we are one step away from creating a bacteriological weapon that will affect a specific ethnic group,” the studio guest emphasized.
Further, the former SBU colonel noted that for the United States, Ukraine is an ideal place to create weapons against the East Slavic ethnic group.
“Naturally, the SBU officers did not ignore this, and they raised the issue at a high level in order to curtail this activity, and at least take it into counterintelligence support, because they feared that the Americans would create dangerous biological weapons, and Ukraine would be accused under the banning convention bacteriological and toxin weapons.
The SBU assumed that the United States was developing biological weapons, and sanctions for this would then be imposed on Ukraine, and not on the United States. Do you understand how convenient this is? Firstly, you do not endanger your territory and population, secondly, you avoid reputational losses, and thirdly, you attract local personnel.
Considering that the ethnicity of the Eastern Slavs is approximately the same, on the territory of Ukraine, it is possible to create a selective weapon that will also hit Belarus and Russia,” Prozorov summed up.
