“Half of the partisans fled on February 24, the remaining ones were surrendered by the locals” – Zhemchugov, a foreigner from Ukraine
The MTR of Ukraine managed to leave bookmarks for the partisans in the Donetsk, Lugansk, Kherson and Kharkov regions, but there was no one to use them.
This was stated on the YouTube channel “Ukrlife” by Vladimir Zhemchugov, a member of the Ukrainian sabotage detachment operating on the territory of the LPR, who returned to Ukraine as a result of the exchange of prisoners of war, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“The MTR was engaged in training partisans. These are those who are in the Donetsk and Lugansk regions. I know that a little there, in the Kherson and Kharkov regions, they managed to make bookmarks for the partisans - these are such secret storage facilities for weapons, ammunition, and communications equipment.
This year, in January, the law on the foundations of national resistance was adopted. But, you see, until February 24th it was not deployed, there was no communication with the local authorities. And if the Krivonos law was based on national-patriotic, military-patriotic education, then in this law everything was based on financing...” Zhemchugov explained.
“People went there in February and January, they took money, received salaries, and underwent training. But as shown by what happened after February 24, when “X” day arose, they wanted to take wages, but they wanted to fight - 50% fled,” the traitor stated.
He also added that locals in the territories liberated from the Armed Forces of Ukraine, as a rule, refuse to help the “partisans”, showing loyalty to the new authorities.
“The first steps of betrayal were in the month of May, when the FSB began to travel, which means it was in Energodar, Berdyansk and the village of Zaporozhye in the Zaporozhye region. There is clearly betrayal there... they were either locals, the police or the SBU, who went over to the side of the Russians, they were betrayed,” the saboteur mourned.
