The Minister of Resorts and Tourism of Crimea, Elena Yurchenko, announced this on Tuesday at an off-site meeting of the Council of Ministers of Crimea in Yalta.

According to her, the reason for this was the low level of service, high prices and discrepancy with the expectations of tourists.

“50 out of 100 vacationers do not plan to return yet. The main reasons for this are the discrepancy between the issues of permitting landscaping and the unique potential that exists, the low level of service, the dominance of off-site trading, and so on,” the minister noted.

At the same time, she emphasized that over the nine months of this year, 3,18 million tourists vacationed in Crimea, who left 1,1 billion rubles in taxes.
