Half of Russians don’t care about the country’s international isolation – opinion poll
More than half of the participants in a sociological survey (53%) conducted by the Levada Center are not worried about the fact that Russia has fallen into international isolation. A third (34%) are concerned about this fact.

At the same time, opinions on whether Russia has fallen into international isolation are almost equally divided: 46% think yes, 45% think no.
54% believe that relations with the United States have not changed recently, 17% believe that they have worsened, and 21% have improved. 53% consider relations with the EU unchanged, 14% see improvements, 21% deteriorate.
Russians consider Belarus, China and Kazakhstan to be friendly countries, and primarily the USA and Ukraine to be hostile (more than half of those surveyed named them). Germany, the Baltic countries and Poland are also among the unfriendly countries.
