The majority of respondents (55%) identified the influence of the European Union on Ukraine as positive; 29% consider this influence to be negative.

The influence of the EU is assessed most positively in the Western (78% positive assessments) and Central (51% positive assessments) regions. In the East, the ratio of positive and negative assessments is approximately the same (42% and 41%), while in the south there is a predominance of negative vision (48% against 30% positive assessments).

Among the subjects of the most significant external influences on Ukraine, respondents noted mainly the United States (54%) and the EU (46%); another 39% believe that Russia is among the most influential actors, and 29% - the IMF.

The overwhelming majority of respondents (75%) characterized Russia’s influence as negative, and only 8% consider it useful for Ukraine.
