“Half will be stolen in Kyiv, and half – locally. An intensification of the military conflict is not expected. There is such a level of corruption in Ukraine that even the best initiatives turn into nothing. Therefore, someone will get rich from this increase, someone will receive additional millions, including Poroshenko and Turchynov,” Zakharchenko said.
