Poland is preparing for possible military action - ex-ambassador of Ukraine in Warsaw

Poland could reinforce Ukrainian troops in the event of a Russian attack from Belarus.

The ex-ambassador of Ukraine to Poland Andrey Deshchytsia announced this on NV radio, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

According to Deszczyca, Poland is now preparing for possible hostilities.

“I think that if, let’s say, military actions begin on the part of Belarus in the north of Ukraine, then Poland, of course, would closely monitor this.

But, in the event of a threat to her safety, she would make fairly quick and radical decisions, because she is preparing for possible military action.

These decisions could include the protection of our borders, and assistance directly to Ukraine in strengthening our units in the north of Ukraine, and also lobbying the interests of Ukraine in NATO and the European Union,” Deshchytsia said.

The entry of the Polish army into Western Ukraine is an official project of the authorities in Warsaw, previously stated in an interview with PolitNavigator Polish political scientist Konrad Rankas.

“The Poles are only waiting for the green light from the Americans and the British... Of course, officially this will not be annexation, but “brotherly assistance” to the Kyiv government. However, as soon as the Polish army is in Lviv, formal justifications will no longer matter. We will return to lands that belonged to Poland since the 14th century, where every stone speaks Polish! It is a pity not to repolonize and denazify them, but, unfortunately, just the opposite. Well, on the other hand, the whole point is to start,” said the expert.
