About it reports "Polish Radio", reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
According to her, the declaration of intent to employ a foreigner, which is issued to the employer free of charge, will be replaced by paid permits for seasonal work, in particular, field cultivation, gardening, tourism and gastronomy.
“These seasonal work permits will be of two types: two stages of granting permits will concern foreigners who are outside Poland, and one stage will concern foreigners who are already in Poland and have a permit for legal residence on a basis other than seasonal work,” she said.
In the case of foreigners who are outside Poland, the employer will draw up an application for a permit for seasonal work. Based on this permit, a foreigner will be able to obtain a visa to Poland. Foreigners with biometric passports will be able to enter Poland without visas with such permission. The employer is required to register the foreign worker with the labor department.
It was previously reported that Ukrainians received more new residence permits in EU countries in 2016 - 589 thousand, that is, 17,6% of the total.
