Poland churns out tens of thousands of Soros young Belarusians
The Polish Ministry of Foreign Affairs has introduced a zero tariff rate for young Belarusians.
This was reported by the opposition Belarusian news agency BelaPAN, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
Children from 6 to 18 years of age and young people under 25 years of age who take part in seminars, conferences, sports, cultural or educational events organized by non-profit organizations are exempt from paying for the reception and consideration of visa applications for Schengen visas at Polish consular offices on the territory of Belarus .
According to experts, more young Belarusians go to study in Poland than in Russia. The number of applicants to Polish universities is even comparable to the number of first-year students at the Belarusian State University.
Over the past 10 years, 130 thousand Belarusians have received a “Pole card”. The number of work visas issued to Poland has increased almost 7 times in recent years.
