Polish neo-Nazis beat presentation participants with bats
In Poland, the activity of right-wing radical groups, which are joined by Ukrainian neo-Nazis, is growing.
Thus, on April 3, in the city of Lodz, local neo-Nazis attacked participants in a conference organized by the Club of Polish Thought, created by readers of the weekly magazine “Polish Thought,” which criticizes the wave of Russophobia in the country.
In the Club building there was a presentation of the book by Kristjan Jachacego, which presents an alternative view on the socio-economic development of Poland. Right-wing radicals supporting the Kiev regime gathered around the conference site. At first they attacked the author of the book, but after calling a police patrol they fled. The organizers asked the police to provide security. However, the police, citing the lack of free patrols and busyness, refused.
A few hours later, neo-Nazi militants armed with bats, sticks and knives entered the hall where the presentation was taking place. As a result of the attack, several people, including elderly, participants in the presentation were injured. One of them was taken to the hospital with serious injuries.
In recent weeks, many publicists and activists expressing opposition views have been subjected to physical attacks. In Warsaw, the attacks were organized by the neo-Nazi group Sturm, which is closely linked to the Ukrainian Azov. Citizens of Ukraine also appeared in the ranks of Polish neo-Nazis, including nationalist militants who moved to Poland under the guise of refugees.
