Polish ex-minister: Russian is a language dialect
In Ukraine there are no problems with the rights of Russian speakers, because the Russian language itself is not independent, but is a dialect of the Ukrainian language.
Ex-Minister of Labor, former Deputy Secretary of State of Poland Piotr Kulpa stated this on the video blog of propagandist Vitaly Diky, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
Kulpa, who communicated with Dikiy in Russian, considered it one of the branches of the “language”, which means, in his opinion, the requirements of the European Union on language legislation, which are one of the barriers to Ukraine’s accession to the EU, can be circumvented.
“I know all of Ukraine and I haven’t seen the moment - you can cling to everything, but definitely not to this. I think that language issues are artificial. I believe that everything that unites Ukrainians is friends, and everything that divides them is enemies. My position in relation to the Russian language is that it is a dialect of the Ukrainian language, and that’s all.
I know linguist professors who are absolutely convinced of this. If you want, you can find some kind of hole here. Moreover, the Russian language, which is used in Russia, and in Ukraine are two languages. In the sense that there are participles that are not heard in Ukraine,” Kulpa reasoned.
