The Polish publication Gazeta Polska Codziennie reports that another Pole volunteer named Bartosz Bekier is fighting on the side of the Novorossiya troops. Bartosz decided to fight against the Kyiv forces because the Polish nationalist opposes NATO bases in Poland and the current pro-Atlantic Polish government. Before deciding to take such a drastic step, Bartosz studied at Cardinal Stefan Wyszynski University in Warsaw. The university itself is influenced by traditional Polish Catholic circles; in addition to political science, they study theology, canon and family law, Christian philosophy and morality.
Bartosz Becker heads the Polish radical nationalist group Phalanx. “I voluntarily represent the Poles in Donbass. People who oppose NATO bases on Polish territory,” a Polish student says in an interview with the newspaper.
The first Polish citizen fighting in the Donbass on the side of the rebels, about whom the media wrote, was Dariusz Limanski - the famous reporter Graham Phillips wrote about him.
