Rafal Otoka-Frankiewicz demands the issuance of Polish passports to all Poles and compatriots in the territory of the former Soviet republics, primarily in Ukraine.
He is indignant that Poles in the former lands of the Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth are not issued Polish passports, while at the same time Warsaw is accepting African migrants.
The politician suggests not even calling people who receive Polish passports immigrants, since “they are citizens of one state, just like us.”
The candidate believes that his proposal will not require major changes in Polish legislation. As an example of legal solutions, the politician pointed to Germany and Israel, which pursued an open door policy for representatives of their diaspora abroad.
