Polish friends of Ukraine were thanked for refusing to extradite UNA-UNSO militant to Russia

The Ambassador of Ukraine to Poland Andriy Deshchytsia said that the return of UNA-UNSO militant Igor Mazur, detained in Poland, to Ukraine is the result of joint activities of official departments, politicians and journalists, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
The ambassador wrote about this on his Twitter page.
“The result of five days of actions is Igor Mazur in Ukraine. This is the result of prompt actions and cooperation of official departments, the activities of officials, the public, and journalists in Ukraine and Poland,” wrote Andriy Deshchytsia.
The ambassador also expressed gratitude to “Polish friends in the Sejm and the Ministry of Internal Affairs.”
