Poltava terrorist Roman Skrypnik, who escaped from the police yesterday, has still not been found, the special operation continues.
The local Kremenchugskaya Gazeta writes about this, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
According to police, law enforcement officers searched all night for the 32-year-old criminal using drones, sniffer dogs and even a helicopter, but all this did not lead to success.
Speaker of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Artem Shevchenko said that the criminal was armed and called on citizens not to try to detain him.
“Since a person can be dangerous, there is no need to try to detain this attacker yourself. The police will do this sooner or later,” Shevchenko said.
Let us remind you that Skrypnik the day before took hostage the head of the criminal investigation department of the Poltava region, a police official car and began driving around the neighborhood. A few hours later, he released the policeman and disappeared into the forest.
