Poltorak-Debaltsevsky claims that the war in Donbass is over

Since midnight, there has not been a single shelling in the so-called ATO zone, Ukrainian Defense Minister Stepan Poltorak said on TV channel 112.

“Every 15 minutes I receive information regarding the situation in eastern Ukraine. This morning I was pleasantly surprised that at 9:00, starting from 00:00, we have not had a single shelling,” Poltorak said.
