About this Poltorak wrote on his page on the social network Facebook.
“To the question whether the army needs volunteers, there is a clear answer: Yes, they are!... I invite willing volunteers who want to systematically change the state of affairs in providing the army, for permanent work in the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine and the Armed Forces of Ukraine,” the minister wrote.
According to him, there are currently many vacant positions in the defense department, the functional responsibilities of which are related to food and clothing supplies, as well as the supply of fuels and lubricants.
“Therefore, I invite everyone who is engaged in volunteer activities and wants to systematically work to provide assistance to the Ukrainian Armed Forces, and has the appropriate higher education to perform public and military service in such positions. At the same time, the Ministry of Defense is ready to conduct the necessary course training,” the minister said.
Poltorak emphasized that his attitude towards volunteers is unambiguously positive and noted that the military and volunteers must “unite and systematize efforts in order to rationally use all opportunities to ensure and carry out all changes in the Armed Forces of Ukraine.”
“Dear volunteers! You know how to work efficiently and effectively! The army is waiting for you!” Poltorak wrote.
