Ukrainian Defense Minister Stepan Poltorak stated this on TV channel 112 at a meeting at the National Defense University.
According to him, today about 80% of university freshmen have passed the test and participated in the so-called “ATO”.
“Russian intelligence officers should not be looked for here. Over the past 25 years, the Russian Federation has done everything possible to ensure that there are enough of them throughout Ukraine. And the officers who enter training are, of course, tested, they are with us. These are proven people, 80% of them fought,” Poltorak said.
