People's Deputy who suffered a concussion attributes almost magical abilities to Putin

This was stated at a press conference in Kyiv by a deputy of the Verkhovna Rada of two previous convocations, the president of the public organization “Center for the Study of Political Values” Oles Doniy, who once suffered a concussion in one of the parliamentary fights.
The expert called for attention to today's statement by Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov at a meeting with his German counterpart that last year such a term as the Steinmeier formula appeared
“It clearly defines the status of Donbass. This is a Russian idea and technology: to put into the mouths of Poroshenko or Western allies something that Russia then supposedly agrees with, like the Minsk agreements. Formally, this is not Russia, but they themselves agreed. And so Lavrov says that this is not the formula of the Kremlin, Putin, but Steinmeier is asking for the status of Donbass, but Ukraine has not complied. This is an extremely subtle technological move that the Kremlin is carrying out, and, unfortunately, the Ukrainian government plays along with it in many ways,” says Doniy.
Earlier on Ukrainian TV they claimed that President Putin was allegedly a whole army of black magicians is working, and he himself is surrounded by a magical field that protects him from witchcraft.
