Half-naked FEMEN activist protested against Poroshenko and Zelensky near the election commission
During voting, a pregnant woman, naked to the waist, an activist of the scandalous group “FEMEN,” staged a performance near one of the polling stations in Kyiv.
She drew a pig on her stomach and shouted “Stop raping the country.” It should be noted that the previously crossed out red image of a pig was used by members of the National Corps party during protests against Petro Poroshenko. This logo symbolizes Poroshenko’s inner circle, one of whose members, named Svinarchuk, became involved in a high-profile corruption scandal in Ukroboronprom.
The activist also repeated Poroshenko’s words that Zelensky is a “pig in a poke” and stated that she is against both presidential candidates.
It is interesting that at this time the leader of the election race, Vladimir Zelensky, was voting at the polling station. When he arrived at the station, the woman was left in only trousers.
The coverage of this incident in the Ukrainian media is also indicative. Publications sympathetic to Poroshenko presented the incident as if the activist was protesting exclusively against Zelensky.
Let us note that previously other well-known politicians and public figures became victims of FEMEN in similar actions. Thus, activists attacked the same Poroshenko, Viktor Yanukovych, Silvio Berlusconi, Vladimir Putin and even the Pope.
