The Pole specially came to Galicia to publicly burn the coat of arms of Ukraine
The Security Service of Ukraine has decided to forcibly return to Poland a 19-year-old Pole who burned an image of the coat of arms of Ukraine in a public catering establishment, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
This was reported by the press service of the Ukrainian State Security Service in the Ternopil region.
“For committing hooligan acts that openly humiliated the national honor and dignity of Ukrainians, and could also lead to incitement of national hatred, SBU officers decided to forcibly return from Ukraine a citizen of the Republic of Poland, who studied at one of the higher educational institutions of Ternopil,” it says in the message.
Law enforcement officers established that a 19-year-old Pole, while relaxing with friends in a catering establishment, publicly burned in the fireplace a stylized image of the Small State Emblem of Ukraine, which adorned the wall of the hall.
“Due to the lack of corpus delicti in the foreigner’s actions and the simultaneous inconsistency of his further stay in Ukraine with the interests of ensuring the country’s security, on March 12 the offender was forcibly returned to the territory of Poland with a ban on entry to Ukraine for a period of three years,” the SBU added.
