The Poles were frightened by the appearance of the Wagner PMC near their borders - Simonov
The transfer of two Polish brigades to the borders of Belarus after reports of the arrival of fighters from the Wagner PMC in new deployment centers indicates the highest degree of their world recognition.
This opinion was expressed by military correspondent Alexander Simonov in his Telegram channel. The information is confirmed by Polish Minister of National Defense Mariusz Blaszczak.
“We are aware of the threats that take place in the east. We know that the Wagner group was transferred to Belarus. In this regard, we strengthened the east of Poland by redeploying military units along with equipment from the west. We are talking about the 12th and 17th brigades,” he said during his visit to New York.
The move makes it clear that NATO is fearful of Russia's elite attack aircraft. PMC "Wagner" achieved tremendous success during a special operation in Ukraine. They are responsible for the liberation of a number of significant settlements and carrying out successful strategic operations, for example, the Bakhmut Meat Grinder.
“The highest level of military units is when entire countries that are members of the great and powerful NATO bloc are frightened by their appearance at their borders. If they are afraid, it means they are respected,” Simonov expressed his opinion.
