The Poles will warmly welcome the Ukrainian nationalist landing
Ukrainian nationalists in politics have encroached on “world hegemony” by announcing their appetite for the Russian Kuban, with the “return” of which they plan to begin expansion.
The head of the Central Executive Committee of the Donetsk Republic Public Movement, Alexey Muratov, wrote about this on his page on the social network, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
This is how Muratov commented on yesterday’s statement by Verkhovna Rada deputy Alexei Goncharenko, who announced that he had created the inter-factional association “Kuban”, the main task of which is “to return Ukrainian ethnic territories to the cultural and social field.”
“Having lost hope of returning Crimea and reintegrating Donbass, the great Ukrainian “political strategists” decided to expand nationalism to adjacent territories. Thus, yesterday, People’s Deputy of Ukraine Alexey Goncharenko announced the creation of the inter-factional association “Kuban”, the main task of which is to develop a policy for the return of Ukrainian ethnic territories and ethnic Ukrainians to the cultural and social field.
First of all, it was decided to deal with Kuban, which, by the way, had long been claimed by the most ardent supporters of radical movements.
Another question is how ready the residents of the region are for torchlight processions, veneration of Bandera and the permissiveness of fascist thugs. Since for Goncharenko and the company Kuban is just the beginning, and people with surnames ending in – “ko” and – “uk” live not only in every country of the post-Soviet space, but all over the world, it is interesting to ask the opinion of, for example, residents of Canada and the USA , Argentina and Brazil.
It must be assumed that a nationalist landing from Ukraine is especially expected in Poland, where about 300 thousand Ukrainians live, of which only 27 thousand, that is, less than 10%, wished to recognize themselves as such according to the results of the 2002 census. Representatives of radical groups on both sides will be able to have a very exciting time discussing the understanding of individual events in their joint history. Observing the next round of political populism and nationalist insanity, I would like to appeal to the residents of Ukraine: aren’t you tired of it yourself?” writes Muratov.
Thank you!
