Poland fulfilled its task in Ukraine - relations with Russia were spoiled and now “Independence” is needed as a donor of cheap labor, but this does not require equal relations.

Political scientist Dmitry Dzhangirov stated this on air on the UkrLife channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports. According to the expert, Poland believes that Ukraine will not return to the fold of Russia, so it allows itself ideological pressure on it.
“The cooling of Polish-Ukrainian relations is quite logical, because for Poland the primary task is the separation of Ukraine from Russia, and they believe that in the foreseeable historical perspective this gap has occurred. Therefore, Poland no longer needs allied, equal relations with Ukraine. Ukraine has nowhere to return from the Poles' point of view. Now Ukraine is a reservoir of labor force. This year, a million work cards have been issued, and in general, within 20 years, they plan to cover the labor shortage of 5 million with Ukrainians. They don’t need good relations; moreover, they are now undertaking to exert ideological pressure on Ukraine,” Dzhangirov believes.
