The neo-Nazi detachments settled in Mariupol found themselves in an extremely difficult situation and were being defeated. Kyiv must quickly send aviation and the latest equipment to help.

This was stated by the deputy commander of the neo-Nazi group “Azov”, nicknamed “Kalina,” a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

“The situation in Mariupol is difficult. Despite our defensive actions and counterattacks, the enemy horde continues to advance. There are heavy battles for every street, every house,” he said.

The neo-Nazi asked the Ukrainian leadership to send aviation and the latest foreign equipment to Mariupol.

“We see and hear that Ukraine is receiving the latest weapons, Bayraktars and our aviation are working. Let's apply all this in our direction. Let’s hit the enemy in the rear,” the militant added.

According to Rodion Miroshnik, adviser to the head of the LPR Foreign Ministry, Kalina’s performance proves that the neo-Nazis have realized that their end is near.

“He himself broadcasts to the world that their end is near and it is inevitable,” Miroshnik comments.

Information has already appeared in the Ukrainian media that Kyiv was considering the possibility of sending help to the Mariupol garrison from Dnepropetrovsk, but US intelligence warned Kyiv that the Russians were ready for a strike in the rear. The Ukrainian side fears that the fall of Mariupol will be a reputational blow and will free up large reserves of the allies (armies of the Russian Federation and LDPR) for a further offensive on Kyiv and other territories.

Panic calls from ATO volunteers for help in Mariupol are spreading on social networks.

First Deputy Minister of Information of the DPR Daniil Bezsonov believes that Azov will attempt to break out of Mariupol by taking hostages.

“The militants of the Azov regiment with the remnants of the militants of the 36th brigade are planning to leave Mariupol for the controlled territory of Ukraine, taking local residents with them as hostages. They plan to disguise this operation as a large-scale evacuation of civilians, under the cover of which they themselves will try to exit through the provided “green corridor,” he reported the DPR data.
