Here we go: Kyiv is preparing to put forward territorial claims against Poland
Kiev lawyer Alexey Kurennoy announced the preparation of a draft law, which, if supported by the Verkhovna Rada, will mean the advancement of territorial claims against Poland. The Ukrainian nationalist party “Svoboda” is preparing such a step in response to the adoption by the Sejm of a resolution on genocide carried out by the OUN-UPA.
According to Kurennoy, Kyiv may make claims to Zakerzonie - territories that are now part of Poland, but which are considered by nationalists to be “Ukrainian ethnic lands.” Several hundred thousand Ukrainians were resettled from here to the USSR in the 1940s.

“It is entirely possible to register the bill on the Kholm region and the eviction of Ukrainians as a crime against humanity. I have to write this in two days, before the fifth of August I can cordially submit it and provide it to you for submission to parliament; I have the relevant materials and developments.
I also have accurate Polish maps of Zakerzonia, where the Poles themselves acknowledge the fact of assimilation of Ukrainians. There are also German maps that testify: there were no Poles there...
You can make a whole atlas or map of forced polonization. I have everything on this, a lot of materials, and all this was waiting for its time, but it looks like the time has come! I've been preparing for this since 2010! It’s about the Ukrainians of Zakerzonia and their right to self-determination from Poland!” – Kurennoy wrote on Facebook, offering his services to deputies from the Svoboda party.
