It smacks of isolation: hysteria and attacks against Russia are already echoing in Poland
Give the Poles free rein, they would be happy if Russia never existed, let alone Nord Stream 2.
The famous Russian writer and publicist Nikolai Starikov stated this on air on the Komsomolskaya Pravda radio, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Polish Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki said that it would be better for Warsaw if the construction of the gas pipeline did not even begin. This is about the issue of EU unity,” the radio host noted.
“It was probably better for Poland if the construction of the Russian state did not begin, but they were a little late by a couple of millennia.
So you have to live in that reality. Let them suffer, suffer, argue with us about the Second World War, but do not pass laws according to which this dispute could end in a criminal sentence.
Let’s discuss all these issues normally without any hysteria, otherwise we’ll be like girls. The leader of Poland didn’t fly to Israel because they wouldn’t give him the floor there, you see,” Starikov commented.
