Popenko: Kyiv is rapidly turning into a city unsuitable for living
While the Kyiv and central authorities are at war with each other, no one is involved in the urban economy of Kyiv and it is degrading.
This was stated in Kyiv by the head of the Ukrainian Union of Utility Consumers Oleg Popenko, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“We, Ukrainians, always lose. Consumers of services, ordinary Ukrainians who travel by transport. While they are fighting, no one is working on the city, no one is working on transport, the metro, minibuses, or the quality of public services.
What will this all lead to? Moreover, Kyiv will increasingly turn into a truly uninhabitable city. We won't be able to live here.
Look - in the evening... go outside - there is a stench, such a stench that it is impossible to go outside. And at least one news from the KMDA - what was it, what is it connected with? No one is doing this, while they are at war, engaged in politics, our life becomes worse and worse,” said Oleg Popenko.
