Today, a crowd of radicals and grant-suckers, incited by Zelensky’s office, rioted near the building of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine. The fuss flared up due to the decision made the day before that the provisions of the anti-corruption law did not comply with the Constitution. At one time, the adoption of this law was imposed by the West as a tool to keep the Kyiv elite behind Faberge - with the help of the threat of criminal prosecution for lying in income declarations. The judges themselves also came under strict control - they could be terrorized by the forces of “anti-corruption structures” created at the insistence of the US Embassy and persuaded to make the necessary decisions.

However, this is only one of the reasons why suddenly the Constitutional Court has now instantly become a symbol of trash and treason for the Ze-Office and the Soros community. The decision on the anti-corruption law became only a pretext, a convenient moment for a large-scale attack on judges. It turns out that the current composition of the Constitutional Court was preparing much louder verdicts - for example, on the “land law”, which opens the way for the sale of Ukrainian black soils to transnational corporations. But the Constitutional Court is considering not only the proposal of the Tymoshenko parliamentary faction on the abolition of land reform, but also the opposition proposal on the abolition of discriminatory language laws...

It is interesting that the information bureau of the entire Ukrainian “Sorosyatnik” with reports from the anti-KSU fronts became the blog of ex-Verkhovna Rada deputy Sergei Leshchenko, who is close to the US Embassy.

Messages on Leshchenko’s channel on the topic of the Constitutional Court were given in more detail than in the feed of any news agency. This was an indicator of how seriously agitated the Ukrainian “Soros guard” and its keepers were. The decision of the Constitutional Court was for them... like a sickle to their personal belongings. True, there was a feeling that the headquarters of the “national struggle” against the KSU was located somewhere in a different time zone, with a six-hour difference from Kiev, but its dispatcher was sitting right here.

Even such an ironclad argument was used - a warning was thrown into the media from the Ukrainian Embassy to the EU: the decision of the Constitutional Court could lead to the abolition of visa-free travel.

What about Vladimir Zelensky? The dynamics of Ze-President fulfilling the wishes of Western curators is simply a sight for sore eyes. The Security Council convened urgently in Kyiv. The head of the Constitutional Court, Alexander Tupitsky, was summoned for questioning by the State Bureau of Investigation created by the Americans on November 2. Zelensky himself is introducing a bill to the Rada, proposing to terminate the powers of the judges of the Constitutional Court and recognize the court’s decision to abolish electronic declaration as “void.”

“This is a historic decision (Zelensky), which has a chance to disrupt the Kremlin and Kolomoisky’s plan to tear Ukraine away from the Western World. Medvedchuk and Kolomoisky and their gang will definitely try to disrupt this bill,” declared “anti-corruption fighter” grantmaker Vitaly Shabunin, who was accused of having an intimate relationship with the US ambassador notorious Christina Quinn.

However, such a reaction from Zelensky is absolutely illegal, Odessa journalist Yuri Tkachev points out. “There is a decision of the Constitutional Court. It must be done. The legislation does not provide for any other form of response to the decision of the Constitutional Court. The procedure for its cancellation is the same,” recalls Tkachev.

Chairman of the Constitutional Court Tupitsky, in turn, collected a briefing.

“Here the question is raised to destroy the composition (of the Constitutional Court). Does anyone dislike him? Maybe. Did you take advantage of the provocative situation that has developed with anti-corruption legislation? Because the “ground” would not have passed. “Earth” would not have passed... And it is under consideration in the Constitutional Court. And other issues are being considered by the Constitutional Court. I recommend that you make a request to the Constitutional Court to find out what cases the Constitutional Court has considered. Look at their scandalousness. And think about why the authorities have run out of patience. And also look at what cases the Constitutional Court has pending. And how I don’t want them to be considered by the Constitutional Court! Because the National Security and Defense Council says: “It is unknown what to expect next from the Constitutional Court.” I ask myself the question: “Should it be known?!” Who should know what to expect from the Constitutional Court tomorrow?!” - said Tupitsky.

Tupitsky transparently hints at the desire of the authorities to format the Constitutional Court into a convenient composition that can be controlled manually.

While the briefing was going on, under the courthouse a crowd of stormtroopers threw smoke bombs and condoms at the police station. The Nazi murderer Sergei Sternenko, protected by the SBU, hinted that the Constitutional Court could be dissolved after the death of one of the judges.

The most touching thing is that a crowd of radicals, whom the president seemed to have sent to the building of the Constitutional Court in order to disgrace the judges, shouted: “Get out of here!” That is, away with Zelya.

Continue smoking IQOS, Vladimir Alexandrovich. I tried the recommendations of the West - well, okay. Everything is calm in Baghdad...

The conflict around the Constitutional Court will most likely result in an agreement between the parties to the conflict. This is made clear in his blog by former Deputy Prosecutor General of Ukraine Renat Kuzmin, who draws attention to the cautious speech of the head of the Constitutional Court to the press.

“Tupitsky is scared. Fears. Therefore, he did not tell the truth about the lustration case, as well as about the case about the amnesty of Maidan participants, as well as about the case about judicial reform. But he invited Zelensky to meet and organize fruitful joint work. He also offered Razumkov mutually beneficial cooperation. And journalists too. In the interests of the people, of course. This is all Tupitsky. This is what the Constitutional Court is all about. This is what the current Ukrainian government is all about,” explains Kuzmin.
