The Ze-team's attempt to popularize the sale of land was drowned in "ruin"
The intention of Vladimir Zelensky’s team to justify themselves to the Ukrainians regarding the upcoming opening of the land market turned into a scandal.
During the conference “Land as a factor in the development of the Ukrainian village,” the audience actually nullified the fiery speech of the Prime Minister of Ukraine Alexei Goncharuk, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“The task of our government is to ensure economic growth. In order for our country to be successful, we need to grow by 5-7 percent per year. To do this, we urgently need to remove all those Soviet restrictions that we currently have, and the restriction on the real, honest, legal sale of land is one of them... The next year and the year after that, we will have to pay off the largest part of the debts. For example, when we were planning the budget, next year every third hryvnia will be used to pay off debts. Imagine the yoke we are under now,” said the prime minister.
Goncharuk also tried to assure that this reform is completely safe for the country, and foreigners will not take away Ukrainian black soil, but the audience did not believe the speaker.
“Now a foreign company cannot directly own land, but it has the right to operate. In the same way, if you create a legal entity in Ukraine that will pay taxes here, create jobs, which will be capitalized here so that it can show the documents that it will maintain to a Ukrainian bank. Likewise, here it makes no sense to prohibit foreign companies from entering and being one of the founders of these legal entities. The model is still being discussed,” said the Prime Minister.
The hall exploded with hooting and shouts of indignation, with people shouting “Ugh!” and “Gangba!”

Of the statistical 42 million, every citizen, we don’t know how many of us, is a co-owner, and unlike apartments that are operated on, which can be easily sold, you cannot put land up for sale if at least one of the 42 million citizens will be against the system that you are trying to offer us all,” said the viewer.
“Now, in order to launch the land market, citizens must have trust in the government. According to polls by the Ilk Kucheriv Foundation, 55 percent are against the sale of land. Is this enough for you to hear that in your version this market cannot be launched?.. Don’t you dare launch a land market now! This is an order from the land owners, don’t launch!” – Zherditsky added to applause.
However, the “reformers” chose to avoid answering.
